MR #7 SEALER

Developed to work as a sealer in aluminum, polyester, or composite molds/tools, and protect their working surfaces.  Excellent control of microporosity in various mold types, effective protection of mold surface, and fine detailing, greatly enhance multiple cycle capability of release agents.  Not recommended for silicones and waxes.

MR #10 HIGH-GLOSS, NON-TRANSFERRABLE

Specially formulated for processing reinforced polyester using metal, composite, or polyester molds/tools.  Excellent release of polyester resins from various mold types.  High gloss finish, yet no "fish eyes", easy to apply, rapid room-temperature cure.  Low-viscosity single component offers no mixing or pot-life limitations.  Multiple release capability.  No mold build up, no transfer or migration, and no silicones or waxes.

CHEMLEASE # 66 SILICONE

Chemlease #66 is a versatile silicone based agent with excellent release characteristics.  This is suitable for use with urethanes, epoxies, rubber formulations and most other resins molded today.  This release reproduces mold detail well, and parts are easily cleaned with a solvent.  Available in aerosol cans.

CHEMLEASE # 88 NONSILICONE

Chemlease #88 is a special non-silicone, dry lubricant, based on a fluorocarbon telomer dispersion.  This release works effectively with a wide variety of molding resins.  It provides a clean, dry, non-oily release film with excellent slip characteristics.  Available in aerosol cans and in gallons.

MEGUIRES MOLD WAX # 8

Designed specifically as a mold releasing paste wax.  This material can be used alone or in conjunction with other release agents.

TCC-1479 LACQUER SANDING SEALER

Lacquer sanding sealer provides a rapid drying seal for plaster and wood molds.  This material is also used as a sealer for many of our Tooling Planks.  One or more coats may be used and are dry and sandable between eight minutes to one hour.
